If you wish to return your order
You can cancel your order within 30 days from the date of delivery by contacting via email. We can then process your refund. You will also need to ensure that we receive the item back within 7 days of notifying us and return to us in the original condition to the address below. Please note - Goods that have been used or damaged will not be refunded.
If your item arrives damaged
In the rare case that your item is damaged by the courier, we will be more than happy to send a replacement. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details via email and we will ensure a new product is sent out to you. In some instances we will require the original purchase to be returned to us however if this is the case you will be notified via email.
